 In preparation for your session, I do a clearing of the energy with sage, palo santo, crystals. Then I meditate on your reading from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the length of your session. This helps me to tune into your energy and connect with your guides. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or Phone. With your permission Zoom sessions will be recorded.
